1. Payment for available artworks
No advance payment is required for available artworks presented on our platform. You may review the artwork upon delivery and complete the payment only if you decide to purchase it. If the artwork does not meet your expectations, you may return it without any payment obligation.
2. Payment for commissioned artworks
For commissioned artworks (paintings, sculptures, or decorative art pieces), a 40% advance payment is required to begin the creative process. The remaining 60% is paid after the artwork is completed and delivered.
